FLOYD BROWN

Floyd Brown - an honours graduate from the University of London has been a certified Personal Trainer with the American Council of Exercise since 1995. He retired from full contact martial arts competition in the year 2000 having achieved in the Heavyweight Division British, European and World titles in Muay Thai Boxing (International Thai Boxing Federation), Full Contact Kickboxing (International Sport Karate Association: British Champion & World Kickboxing Association: European Champion) and no holds barred Freestyle Fighting (World Karate & Kickboxing Council: World Champion).

Floyd has trained in martial arts for 30 years.

Floyd was tutored privately in Qi Gong (Chi Kung) internal martial art system by Sifu Yap Leong of Shaolin Fists.

Being registered with the British Self Defence Governing Body Floyd is also a Security Industry Authority certified Conflict Management Trainer.

Floyd has been trained privately in the Israeli self defence system of Krav Maga and in the Russian covert operations military martial art Systema and uses this expert knowledge to deliver practical and effective self protection training to those requiring it. The intelligent intervention energy system: iiChi is used to enhance the learning process for self protection training recipients. The bilateral stimulation of the brain enhances participant learning and skill acquisition.

With more than fifteen years of professional teaching experience Floyd runs Dragon Tiger to coach individuals and groups in health, fitness and self protection in the form of one to one sessions, group or corporate classes by arrangement and seminars or workshops as required.

Floyd is a C.H.E.K. certified Level II Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach with the expertise to ascertain your appropriate eating plan for maintaining optimal health as delineated by your Metabolic Type.

For more than a decade Dragon Tiger has been promoting excellence among groups and individuals health and fitness; stress reduction and self protection to enable them to exceed their personal goals.

Our vision is to deliver cost effective, high quality advice, education and training for people in need.

We want to empower our clients to be able to use current concepts in physical exercise, sports sciences and physical intervention for effective self protection to recognise the causes of potential and actual injury, and help speed them through their training and progress. We actively involve our clients in their own goal setting and progression planning.
