      If you wish to pay by credit card but do not wish to send your card details over the Internet, fax or phone them through to us instead on +44 (0)121 622 3679. You can still place your orders via the Internet now and in the future!
      POSTAGE ON CDs: 1 = £1.20, 2 = £1.50, 3 = £1.80, 4 = £2.15 up to a maximum of £2.85. After that we pay the difference.
      POSTAGE ON VINYL: 1 = £ 1.90, 2 = £2.40, 3 = £2.90, 4 = £3.40. After that add 45p per record, up to a maximum of £9.20 and after that we pay the difference. Doubles count as 2 records.
      OVERSEAS POSTAGE: Small Orders (up to 5 items) £7.50 to total. Medium Orders (up to 10 items) £10.00 to total. Large Orders (11 items upwards) £20.00. This will include insurance on your order.

      By confirming your order you agree that the correct order total will be debited from your credit card before any items are despatched.

      Ordering
      All UK parcels are sent Recorded Delivery. Overseas parcels are insured. The insured price does not reflect the parcel's value as the Post Office has a standard charge for this service. For large orders we send out parcels by overnight courier delivery (UK only). This will only happen though if there is going to be someone in to accept the parcel delivery.

      A 50% deposit is always required and is non-refundable unless the item has become deleted. Once ordered it cannot be cancelled.

      For any faulty records returned, we are not responsible for the return postage in transit to us, or back to you. You must include the correct amount for return.

      Because delays may occur on imported records, due to re-pressing or holidays, you must allow at least 28 days for delivery.
